Hi wonder if anyone has any recent experience of sending payslips to payplan. Nearly at the 3 year mark and up to the last 6 months have send payslips in 3 monthly always got a reply with nothing to pay. For the last two sets of payslips ie sept 12 and dec 12 howver not had acknowldge for either set! A little worried the wheel is going to fall off at somepoint and too scared to ring them x

I've had no problems with this.

Do you use Justabank? If so then log on and have a look at your IVA and even just drop an email to you caseworker to check to see if they have received them.

In past experience though, when I've not sent them in on time they have been quick enough to ask where they were.

Thanks for your reply! Send them via email direct to caseworkers email address so I know they have been received. There is nothing on payplan plus to say they have been reviewed, getting a little bit stressed.

I would think that if there had been a problem they would have been in touch by now.

Keep pestering your caseworker and hopefully you will get a reply.

Hi mab,

Your case officer will usually only contact you to tell you if you need to pay anything extra into the IVA, so if you haven’t heard anything then I think it is safe to assume that you don’t owe anything. You can email your case officer to get confirmation of this if it puts your mind at rest.

Many Thanks
