Thanks Mel, not sure if i looked in the right place but is Karol's email address ivacustomerservices@uk.gt.com, i emailed closures and cc'd that address but heard nothing yet?

I agree with the other members, its the lack of communication that that's the problem. You call the IVA number and they don't really seem to know what's going on or what needs to be done still and try their best to fob you off, i actually feel sorry for customer services as they don't know what closures team are doing or not doing.

I found a letter last year telling me it would take 12-24 months to close my IVA but a year on its still ongoing and there were no difficulties with closing mine and no PPI involved so I really can only put the hold up down to me not constantly chasing them.

I sat back and trusted them to process it but it appears if you sit back and do nothing then nothing gets done.

Imagine if you took your car to a garage to be repaired and a year later it still wasn't done, would that be just as acceptable?

I agree with Sterling, why can't they possibly have a phone and talk to us direct and why does it take 10 to get a bland response which totally contradicts the previous one. CC coming, not coming, coming, not coming so exhasperating.

Does anyone know how long it takes to be removed from the insolvency register once you do finally get your CC please?

Hello Everyone,
If GT customers are facing so many problems, then I presume I am a lost case being a Accuma's customer!
We paid all our dues in September 2011. After numerous emails which were left unanswered, and phone calls to the customer services, I don't know whose door to knock anymore.
When sellling the IVA, Accuma stressed that we will be free of debts problem after one year. Here 15 months are gone without anything.

Ali, when you mail Karol on ivacustomerservices@uk.gt.com be sure to put only "IVA Forum" in the subject line. This ensure it gets directed straight to her.

Let's hope she is holding up -- she is, I am afraid, a very busy lady at the moment.

Hi. Any body getting the problem of "ivacustomerservices@uk.gt.com" as an "undeliverable address". I have tried a couple of times. Still same answer.

just called and they sent me one and and i replied and it worked. Are you possibly sending the same email to them that you've already sent once already? i wonder if their server recognises it as a duplicate message and rejects it? I can only deduce that's what was wrong with mine.
