Oh my goodness EMZ I find that shocking, I hope it is resolved sooner rather than later !
Took The plunge and made the call, changed our family life and we have never been happier. Debt free and wont go back..... IVA was by far the best thing we ever did to teach us the real value of Family and money

Well well well rang GT last week for an update after holding for 20 minutes I am told lines are busy and someone would call me back, tried again today same thing. 8 years on and no further disgusting. I am typing a letter to the financial ombudsman after this post!!

You need to contact the Insolvency Practitioners Association who I believe license all of the IPs at GT. Alternatively contact the Insolvency Service who can take forward a complaint on your behalf. It is vital that the authorising bodies are aware of the IP's conduct in cases such as these so action can be taken.

The Financial Ombudsman will not hear complaints made against IPs once an IVA has been accepted. You will have to go to the IPs own regulatory body to lodge any complaint you wish to make official.
