Hi
I have emailed Gemma and case officer again so far nothing, my blood pressure is shooting over the roof now, stressed out. The third party who is willing to pay has called me so many times to enquire the status, i am really struggling now to answer as it is more than 4 months still cant see the end of tunnel for the process.

thanks
Raj

I can imagine your frustration Raj, try to remain calm and hopefully it won't be much longer.

Hoping Gemma will pop on the forum and update you or contact you direct.

Hi Raj41,

I can confirm that your meeting has been arranged for the beginning of March and your case officer will be in touch shortly to inform you of the exact details.

We have worked extremely hard to set up your meeting as soon as possible and we will continue to support you in the coming weeks in the run up to the date.

If you have any queries, then please continue to send them to your case officer who will get back to you as soon as possible.
Many Thanks
Gemma

Hi, thank you for your lovely comments and I wish I could take credit for the action that has been taken, but I can’t. While I may pick up the comments and give people gentle nudges, it is the case officers and the rest of the team that do that hard work - they set up the meetings, send out the paperwork and issue the completion certificates. It is a team effort and it always means so much to us to see the positive outcomes that comes from all of the hard work. So thank you for your constant support and patience while we continue to deal with the short term effects on the VAT and PPI issue.
Many Thanks
Gemma
