Karol & Claire, thankyou for the very helpful Emails. Although long overdue it is very good to here possitive actions are being taken to close the IVAs. I hope you are able to deliver closure within the timeline you reference. I am sure there are lots of people on the forum who would like to be aware of the work that's going on. Will you post an update?

I am glad you've heard something positive and I hope it materialises for you and others.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Karol. Please can you investigate where we are re closure. I am constantly told that they are looking into a way to give us closure while beavering away in the background to claw back money from creditors who were paid wrongly. Now it is also the PPI fiasco and as it is 21 months since we made our last payment I think there will not be many people who can beat this record. A record that I do not want or hold any more. I know this can be done ie to issue a cert and try to get the money back so why is it not being done for us.
