Hi Stacey , so sorry to hear about your tumour.
I dont claim to be an IVA expert , but am sure that under the circumstances , even the most cold hearted of creditors would empathise.
Sending you positive thoughts.
Let us know how you are doing.
Very best regards
Casi

Stacey - contact your IP and explain to them - concentrate on the treatments and your health and your family - that's the important bit.
Best wishes

Your health must take priority. I would contact your IP and ask them to approach creditors with an offer to close the IVA based on payments to date due to the circumstances you now face.
Good luck and let us know how you go...take care x

I agree that your health is the most important thing here at the moment. Talk to your IP and see if they'll ask your creditors if they'll accept payments to date as final, that way you can move on with your treatment without debt to worry about. All the best. x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Hi
I agree with all posters, contact your IP and ask for creditors to accept payments to date as a full and final settlement given your bad news

if its any help , I have a friend who went through what you did a few years ago and is now as fit as a fiddle; I mention this so you know at this worrying time it is possible to be treated and come out hunky dory at the other end
hope all goes well both with IVA & your health

Hi Stacey. Sorry about your news we're rooting for you. Just a thought re your mortgage, have you checked you're not paying any critical illness insurance. Depending on how long you've had your mortgage running it might be worth a look. I know that some mortgage providers made it very difficult to say no.
