any letters demanding money which you receive while in your IVA should be forwarded directly to your IP to deal with. i had a few while in my IVA and just sent them off to Payplan straight away. some companies just do not update their records properly i think!

Send all to your IP and ask them to deal direct with the creditors threatening action. Not what you need right now.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

thanks again for all your advice....sent today to McCambridge Duffy.....who tell me they can't always check up on third party debt collectors....12 mnths down the line it's a bad show....have a kind and frugal week guys xxx:o)
