Hi all im new here and not sure what im doing. My husband and i entered an Iva in July 2006 and completed in Jan this year, i have spoken to Kingsgate who have infomed they have until 25/4/13 (tom) to complete their side and 28 days thereafter to send out completion certificate. But i dont know what we need to do now, as its been 6 years since we started do i need to do a credit clean? And i really want to upgrade our basic bank acc to a current acc but dont know how long we need to wait. Many thanks

Hi and welcome to the forum. Congratulations on completing your IVA. Once you've got your certificate which hopefully won't be long you can check the insolvency register and you should come off there. Once it's been six year (like yours have) you can start to tidy up your credit files.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
