Welcome to the forum. You would be best advised to approach two or three insolvency practitioners that can deal with your situation. There are any solutions available depending on your circumstances, including debt relief orders and bankruptcy. Look at www.iva.com and you will find contact details for recommended firms . Good luck

Do you own any assets at all? Have you considered bankruptcy?

How much are your debts? If they are less than £15,000 and you have no assets then you could apply through your local CAB office to do a Debt Relief Order (DRO) this only costs £90 and wipes out your debt. If you have more than £15,000 then you could look at bankruptcy

If you have no assets and a limited income you may meet the criteria for a DRO - have a read using the link below and if you qualify contact an authorised debt adviser.

Do you feel that you have any level of disposable income to offer to creditors Elizabeth, if the payments were made more affordable for you?
