Hello
Has anyone had to use drsp for ppi claims?

I have been directed to use them from clear debt who I have no issue with but with these guys I'm very dubious

I have had a home meeting with one of their reps in December and have heard nothing so called them today ( no company coming up online when googling) but found my original letter and the guy okay said all the SARS? Sorry do know if that's right have been returned to the Leicester branch and they are analyzing them before making the ppi claims? When I asked for a time frame he said no idea call back every month.
I am nervous as I'm in my final year of iva and worried its going to be held up because of this?
Thank you

Hi - If you still a year to run with your IVA then I don't think you have too much to worry about but you definitely need to prompt them for updates.

If you have any concerns over the way your chosen firm's PPI company are doing, then you need to refer these to your IP. Theu ought to be receiving weeklu updates on progress, but in my experience creditors are dragging their heels in a lot of the issues surrounding PPI right now, so any delay may not be entirely their fault.
