Hello. I now know bankruptcy would be a much better option for me.

ive been bankrupt for over 10 moths now,firstly i stated a proposal of an iva then icould see that i was not going to be able to make the payments so went bankrupt instead,the OR will calculate everything in all your expenses even down to haircuts etc ,i had nothing left so ive never paid anything at all during my bankruptcy,id say if you have money over than an iva may work but with me if needed £150 a month to pay the iva,going bankrupt is a big step and the paperwork needs to be just right,i paid a company that sponsors this site vincent bond to help me though the paperwork you can do it your self but for the extra money i found it worth it,ive found be bankrupt hard but ive only 6 weeks to go untill y £43,000 is gone,the word BANKRUPT has a certain ring about it like a dirty word but do not fear youll get over that with the thoughts of your debt being gone after 12 months,i cant get a loan a credit card a proper bank account ,finance on a car nothing your credit rating feels like below 0 but learning to live with cash is hard but so satisfying in the end
