Certainly feeling more confident now and expecting a deed of assignment from Clear Debt to sign tomorrow and a promise of my completion certificate within 24 hours once signed and returned.

I am pleased to say I have received my completion certificate thanks to David Mond and his staff at Clear Debt.
It has been a long and frustrating journey for reasons we are all well aware of. Thankfully being with Clear Debt has protected me from some of the horrendous wait times currently being experienced by others with other Companies. So I wish in particular that those who are experiencing those delays all the best and hopefully their cases are resolved soon. Hang on in there but keep shouting!
I plan to look in on the forum in the future but it seems the appropriate time to thank everyone who contributes to the forum and especially to those that spend considerable time assisting others with their IVA journey and there seems to be many. I think it can be easy to forget how frightening the whole process can be initially and support from this forum is very comforting in the early days and then having access to forum members with such vast experience proves invaluable keeping people on track and remaining positive for the future.
