Hi, at your 12 month review your chosen company should write to you and ask for a list of things, they may include wage slips up to date - p60, bank statements, proof of any increase in any utility bill (if significant). Do take the advice of your IP.

In respect of moving property keep your IP informed all the way and you may be required to show that you are both paying a fair share to the joint house. Sometimes it can be cheaper to live together so your outgoings as they are now assuming you live alone may reduce and you may be able to pay more into the IVA.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

They will usually ask for the last three months pay slips and latest P60, along with any evidence of increases in expenditure. If you are moving in with your g/f you will need to rework your I&E.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

What you could do, to avoid involving her is to work out what you will be paying her each month and put this down in the new I&E as rent and utilities. As far as anyone will know you are house sharing and merely paying your share. The IP might need to see some form of documentation such as a rent book.
