I have to post that we have had an email from Karol at GT saying that the closure dept are working hard to issue our CC by the end of July if not sooner. I replied saying thank you for that info (or words to that effect) and also asked her for a date to work to. I'm not happy with approximate dates at this late stage now, I want a date. I think they owe it to us at the very least. How hard is it to issue a bit of paper???
I wish that we had had an easier ride with this and I wish that GT would buck up their ideas and sort out these problems then maybe there would be happier IVA clients out there.
Glad to hear you've had a positive response Churchyn - even though you're not completely happy with the content of it, end of July is still a lot better than what you were faced with before. Fingers crossed is sooner.

I was told by GT I would get my CC by the end of June.
June has come and gone and I have now been told they will try and issue it by mid to late August. As the MVM was held in may and I know other people on here who had their MVM then have had their CCs I can't see why there needs to be the delay. I have been told payment to creditors should be in this months payment run but don't see why there will then be more of a wait...
Paid F&F in July 2012 and received CC in July 2013
