I couldn't believe gt were taking so long, when i told them i wanted to go BR i think hearing that put them on a go slow it was ridiculous, also they kept sending me in the post new I & E forms, when i rang them to tell them to stop i was told the computers automatically sent them out,also that i couldn't go BR until i got the failure notice & i would just have to wait on it which i now know was untrue but i was sick & naively believed them, I also blame them for my mental health problems getting worse where i still am suffering from severe depression today, have been for counselling which i felt hasn't worked, i'm on medication which is keeping me from teetering over the edge just[:(]
