Hi Rachael - great news on the completion of your IVA, and all associated documents! You need to go back to Equifax to ask them to remove it from your linked addresses. Did your IVA company provide you with a completion pack including how to clear up your credit file and provide you with relevant standard letters to send out?

I am sure it is a quick matter to resolve but let us know how you get on with Equifax as I am sure some other posters could come across this same problem.

Thanks for the reply Tina I didn't recieve anything from my IVA company with regards to clearing my files. Will contact Equifax and make them aware as I also need a few other items removed.

Hi, You can do it on line with Equifax and raise a question, its easy. I took them up on their 28 day free trial. You will need to create an account. Check Experian and Callcredit as well I had things on one and nothing on the other. Noodle which is part of Callcredit is free but only updates each month. Best of luck.[:)]
