Hi and welcome to the forum, I haven't personally heard fo them but maybe one of our other posters have. Hang in there. Are you at the stage of proposing an IVA or are you already in one?
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
A quick look at their website reveals that they appear to be advisors rather than providers, so will almost certainly refer you on to one of the big players like Grant Thornton or Payplan. They may well charge a fee upfront to 'assess' your case before referral.
Judging by their website, which is riddled with spelling and grammar mistakes, I wouldn't trust them to write a shopping list, let alone deal with my finances.
Try looking around for some other options by reading through threads on this site if you haven't already gone too far down the process with Carbane (only one B, just in case anyone's looking for them).
What's your reason for asking - are you concerned about something?
As has been suggested further up the thread it is a useful exercise to speak to more than one company as part of your selection process to ensure you are completely happy and know you are placing your circumstances in safe, trusted and professional hands.
