Hi all,

My creditors meeting is scheduled to take place at 11am on 29th August. I'm so anxious! Only god knows what would happen if it's not agreed [xx(]

My IP has confirmed they have today received one of the votes already! Apparently Barclaycard have voted in favour - YEY! They aren't the majority creditor but I think they're second in order of value. Gives me hope that if they think it's a reasonable proposal then the others may think the same.

Apparently all of my remaining creditors use TIX to vote and they usually submit their votes the day before the meeting. You never know, I might know the outcome by lunch time tomorrow!!

Hi Wild Rose,

My IVA was approved yesterday with modifications and it is a relief to start the debt countdown clock!

I wish you the best of luck, you've already got one vote in favour so that's good [:)]

Try not to wear the carpet out pacing up and down!

Post the outcome on here - we're rooting for you!

That's great news hubert! The start of a new beginning xx

Good luck Luigi, I'll be thinking about you x

Just received confirmation from my IP that TIX have voted on behalf of NRAM (my majority voter), Santander credit card, Lloyds and Halifax - they have voted in favour! A day early as well! The only modification is to the fees. There is also no minimum dividend which would have effected whether I could complete the sale on our house earlier than I initially anticipated. The only 2 small creditors still to vote are Santander overdraft and Next directory, but they will have no influence in any case.

I am sooooo relieved. Just need to complete the sale of our house and can then pay the balance across. I'm hoping there will be no delay with our completion certificate and that will be the end of it.

Not sure it's actually sunk in yet!!!
