David
Is there any chance you could speed things up please.
I am now 18 months over the time that my IVA should of finished and am still waiting for my certificate of completion.
I have several times tried to contact Cleardebt but just seem to get vauge answers.
Obviously i am really fed up now but the galling thing is for the first 5 years i would have recommended you to anyone considering an IVA.
Any help would be very much appreciated.
Thanks for that.
I am desperate for a new car as i have a 50 mile round trip each day for work.
My current one has now done over 200k and needs money spending on it.

D A S - Unless I am mistaken (and I apologise if I am),you have been corresponding with Paul Lightwood regarding your completion.
I have seen an email sent by Paul on Monday which indicated a timescale of "within 4 weeks" by which time your IVA ought to be concluded. I believe Paul also sent an email yesterday to confirm the situation.
I appreciate the frustration regarding this issue within the industry and can see that your completion has been delayed (not that this alters the situation but I believe the timescale is 12 months from the point that your contributions finished rather than 18. That said, everything possible to speed up completions is being done and the 4 week timescale is realistic but will involve significant work and cannot be brought forward.
This timescale will apply to the vast majority of cases awaiting completion with ClearDebt and by the end of this month or early September, every individual should be well aware of any documentation they need to return for their completions to be processed.
If you have any further queries feel free to contact me directly.
Regards
David
