We been in our IVA for 4 years 5 months we have payed 21000 into the pot, we got 10600 from miss selling of out mortgage last year, our debts in total was17600, we are due to finish end of may 2014 but I have no idea what happens at the end of your agreement or when you need to see if equity in our home? Trying to get answers from IVA company is lie getting blood some stone [8D]

Who are you with slapnuts? I would have thought, on those figures, your IVA should have ended by now !

DFD yeah I would have thought so 2 but nobody ever knows what's going on when I phone so I'm now passed trying just waiting till the end of the agreement and hoping it gets sorted xxx

Why not ask for a breakdown of figures as you believe you've realised 100% of your debt x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
