PPI nonsense aside, I think IP fees are very reasonable relative to misery and the interest that would have been added to the original debt, just an objective view
The fees are reasonable, and fully accepted them in the proposal, I am just not happy and pretty gutted that £3.5k of them were completely avoidable.
I've worked hard to pay in as much as possible over the 5 years and I did it and then some. (predicted payments and equity release totalled £68K, Ive paid £95K without equity release)
I wonder if anyone has managed to get some sort of refund after completing an IVA. I would have thought any monies over would have gone to Stat interest to creditors anyway.
Well it would be nice to get something back at the end of it all but just to be debt free and to get the completion certificate is worth more. No reply from Judith yet - she didn't reply to my last email I sent two weeks ago either.
