Hi All

I have a F&F meeting on thursday, my question is that I've not sent my last 3 months payslips in yet and have overtime on them, will this overtime be swallowed up with F&F payment or will I still need to pay it over on top of the lump sum? A F&F means just that doesn't it or will they want everything?

If you were obliged to pay the money over it will have to be done. Usually the money has to be paid within 14 days of receipt but check with your IP as they will have full knowledge of your IVA.

Thank you for the reply

I thought that was the case but was also hoping that the full and final meant just that, I haven't paid the overtime over yet as if they don't accept the F&F I think I'll have to go BR due to increase in my mortgage and me not paying my IVA for 2 months (which payplan know about)
