Frozen bank account

I've heard that when your declared BR your bank account gets frozen. Ours hasn't been yet - does this mean it might not? Would they have done this by now if it was going to happen.

You should speak to the OR about this. Bank accounts are generally suspended temporarily whilst the OR makes their initial enquiries into your affairs, but are usually freed up once they are satisfied that there is not a large sum of money held on the account which would need to be taken to go towards your creditors.
