I am so pleased to say that our IVA is finally going to be closed tomorrow and our certificate should be with us by the end of the week. I will believe it when it lands on my mat but I have all on email. I do have to say I simply cannot fault Kelly Sands at Grant Thornton, she has emailed daily since I complained and kept us completely up to date with exactly what is going on and has also apologised for all the stress and upset we have had. I have thanked her personally but feel I should publicly say thank you as I have been vocal in complaining.
It's such a shame you have to be curt with people to get things sorted but unfortunately it seems the only way.
I will sleep happier tonight and will celebrate properly when the piece of paper arrives! #128515;

Excellent news Chali. And a big "Well Done" to Kelly at GT for getting this sorted and keeping you in the loop ( which is all many of us want ).

There have been several positive GT posts in recent days -- let us hope this is the start of a new era there.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

Thank you Foggy. Yes I hope so, I would hate anyone else to have to go through all the worry and stress that we have.
