Can anyone help?
Made my last payment with DFD 2 months ago.
Asked specifically if I need to complete final review - told no as in last 6 months this final review process doesn't apply to obtain certificate of completion. All I need to do us wait for it to arrive as I've complied to t&c of iva.
Clarified this with agent dfd customer services, told me same information when I made final payment.
Letter now arrived saying... Annual review, standard letter, the one that came thru every year.
Can I clarify with someone who knows as I, to be honest don't want to waste more time with dfd as I'm considering complaining as this is the 4th set of confusing information I've experienced with them recently.

its prob just a computer generated one,i had one as well from payplan and when I asked why as my iva only had 1 month left they said ignore it as the system just generated it as that's the time my annual review would have been.i had a payrise earlier in the year and did a I@e review then to see what new payment would be.i would not be too bothered if I was you but phone to clarify it anyway.
cc received 6th January 2014 now upwards and onwards

the thing is why would they need to complete another I@e statement as no further payments are due as you finished.the only thing I had to do was send in last of my payslips up to finnish date to be checked for any overtime uplifts etc.no point in doing another review.have you sent in your payslips up until your finnish date?

Thanks back on track
Since my final payment I have rang twice to check what is happening cc wise. They haven't asked me for anything.
They told me they can close iva even with outstanding ppi claims sent with equity
That's a different story hey!

Thanks

DFD sent me a annual review sheet even though I have only one payment to go next week. I rang them up and was told it was sent in error and I didn't need to fill it out.
