So, after months of badgering GT and some not so friendly comments posted on here (sorry but frustration got the better of me :( ) we finally recieved our CCs & reports 23rd December :)))))) They were sent via e-mail with the promise that paper copies would follow in the New Year. What better Christmas presents could we have asked for! Just goes to show that constant nagging & threats of complaining do work. Now to rebuild our credit rating (although there won't be much credit taken out here for a while!!!!) It's been a long 5/6 years and we have certainly learnt our lessons but we are so glad we decided to follow the IVA route.

Glad to see that is has all ended well for you, and that despite the difficulties you have encountered towards the end that you still feel the IVA was a worthwhile solution.
