I have been told that there is an I.T computer glitch by Debt Free Direct about 4 weeks ago, that is holding back the release of my Full and Final certificate.
Customer service at DFD is trying to get the Completion team to resolve the error but I feel that each time I call(since Dec 2013) the response appears to sound like 'wait and see'.
I was wondering if I can escalate this and make myself heard at a higher level?
The cause of the delay in the release of my Full and Final certificate is rather unsual and I never heard it posted in iva.co.uk.
If you keep being told the same thing, and are concerned that your requests for information are not being properly addressed, I would ask to speak with the insolvency practitioner acting for you directly. I am not sure why an ongoing computer glitch would cause the delay of issuing a fairly simple report, but perhaps all work is yet to be finalised.

Update:
I didn't get to speak to my IP over the delay in the Full and Final certificate issue but was offered to going through the DFD complaints procedure.
