Those questions can only be answered by your IP firm directly - but given the volume of posts about this particular subject I would hope that someone from DFD could clarify the position generally - after all they do have representatives who post on the forum.

No thank you Evette. I'm already communicating with DFD regarding this and another matter. Plus we have chosen to reject the change to the t&c's as I do not believe the benefits would outway the negatives for us.

IVA approved Aug 2008 - 6 year term - last payment made 6 Oct 2014. CC received 14 Nov 2014.

I made my final payment to DFD last July and EIF are on the PPI case. Can't see how signing up to this will benefit me.

Ignore the general anti-IVA bias from this self-proclaimed 'impartial' website, but in my opinion, the author makes some useful observations regarding what DFD customers are being asked to sign up to.

Just something else to factor into your decision-making.
My opinions are just that: Based on my experience and being a self-employed IVA customer.
