They hardly, if ever, attend the "meeting", all is done by phone, fax or email.

Hopefully they will start chasing the creditors for votes, Bex.

It is unusual for no votes to be cast at a meeting of creditors. It is more common at a variation but rare at a first meeting.

Update I've just phoned them and spoke to a lady who said one of my creditors have asked for a 12 month add on to the 5 years but the lady said she has challenged it and wants it removed they have not got back to her yet so she said she wil ring me at 10am in the morning but didn't tell me if it's gone through or not gosh I'm so confused I asked her but said she will talk to me in the morning!!!!

I am really pleased for you Rickne with the result today. We had no issues with creditors who had all submitted their votes well on time.

Sorry it has not been such a good day for you Bex. Hopefully too you will get good news.

hoping you get good news in the morning Bex, not nice waiting but it's not a NO so hang in there.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
