Steve, what Michael is suggesting is exactly what happened to me. At 2 and a half years in my then wife decided to pursue "other interests" and I was left, literally, holding the baby. The staff at my firm suggested a full and final based upon payments made to date ( I was lucky in that I had made extra payments in the early couple of years so my dividend was quite healthy). Anyway ... they accepted and we all "called it quits".

Always worth an ask :-)

That sounds like fantastic advice, let's hope your IVA provider feels the same to present the case to your creditors, and your creditors feel sympathetic to your case.
I feel the IVA provider may be the hurdle to overcome, just pick up the phone and be honest and firm about the options.

I agree. Mine were actually very proactive and supportive once they were aware of the situation.

All the best you can but ask the questions and hopefully the creditors and your IP will oblige.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Which IP firm are you with Steve? Do you have any direct contact with your IP?

Send an email to Judith Anderton from DFD as she has helped many of their clients here before. Her details are in the ask a question section and hopefully she can help.
