Finished IVA in 2011. Is it right that a partial settlement is showing on my credit file ?

I've asked to have this removed n they have put partial sttlement of account now. Is this right to still be showing thought it wad six years from default. Its nine years since i defaulted.

It should have completely disappeared 6 years after the original default date. Write to the creditors data controller to get this amended.
