We made our last payment with DFD at beginning of
May. We also signed up to a change in wording that should allow completion cert to be issued even if there are PPI issues outstanding. We also voted for this change.I keep reading posts from people saying they have been waiting over a year for CC to be issued!! When should I start chasing?

Well done on completing your iva. The closure process varies and I would allow at least 6-8 weeks before chasing

I made my last payment in March 2013 and thanks to advice given on this site I have been chasing monthly then weekly, and received my Completion Certificate last Friday, that's 1 year and 2 months later. Keep chasing, and well done on completing your IVA,
