Hi hope you can help me. My ex agreed to me opening catalogue accounts in his name under my address to get things for the kids as I couldnt do it and he wasnt paying for the kids even though he doesnt live with me. I have paid the accounts every month. He has recently informed me that he is being made bankrupt. What i want to know is can i get into trouble for using accounts in his name at an address he doesnt live at even though he gave his permission for me to do it

Hi

I don't think you have anything to worry about
The debt is his responsibility and will be covered under his bankruptcy

So even though the catalogues are in his name and registered at my address which he does not live at I wont get into trouble for using them as he gave his permission.
