Hi all
Newbie here :(
I have my creditors meeting on 11th July. So nervous I am going to be rejected :( have been told that my case is straightforward but still knowing my luck I will be refused. What are the chances of being refused?
Sorry for the stupid question

I have mine on the same day.

Looking at it rationally (which I know can be hard in these circumstances) if your IP has put you forward for an IVA then your chances of success are very high, if they didn't think it was the best way forward then they wouldn't propose it in the first place.

Anyway try not to worry and the very best of luck.

Your IPs must be happy that the proposals will be accepted so while it will be a long couple of weeks I am sure you will both be fine.

Very best of luck to you both.

Like you at the beginning, I was very worried that I would be rejected as there was no Plan B. I was reassured however, by being told that due to the amount of work proposing a new IVA it is not undertaken lightly and therefore will only be put forward if it has a very good chance of being accepted. Good luck.

IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Hi all
Thanks for your replies.
I am so worried and I have no plan b :(
Vincent bond and dfd have been really helpful in pushing this through ASAP for me as I have no money whatsoever .
If the iva is agreed on the 11th how long will it take for it to start ?
Sorry for all of the questions

Itb starts the day of approval and you set up your payments from then. If you have not made a payment by the time of the meeting you could set one up from your next pay day.
