Can I have a Lease car while I am in IVA?

As long as the lease payments don't impact upon your normal IVA payments and you can get a company to agree to lease a vehicle there should be no problem. You will need to discuss this with your IP, however.

Hi I got a lease car through a scheme by my employer. It was a god send. I don't think I would have got one through a normal company. The car was agreed by ip as long as payments met. It was a struggle but better than the daily worry of the car x
