I have identified the case.

I have requested the file from storage as there are some pertinent documents that are held on hard copy and have not been scanned in.

However I can inform you all that this was an Invocas case from 2009 which was acquired by ClearDebt in 2012(I think).

Thanks David. Have called the office today but been told can only contact you. Will be emailing this afternoon. Letter states 14 days to resolve before action taken 12 already gone don't want additional stress. Thanks

Don't worry about the time limit - it will re-0start (if it needs to) after I have evaluated the matter
