Does anyone have the e-mail addresses for the Payplan IPs please ?

The ones I can find online don't ring any bells names wise.

Thank you
SFA

Do they have more than 1 IP?
When I asked to speak to mine I was told that he has over 27,000 clients so couldn't possibly deal with any personally!

The payplan IPs do not speak directly with clients. You will need to contact your case officer.

I am quite sure it shouldn't matter how many cases are being handled, if you have a question that a case worker cannot answer then you should be able to speak to your own IP - they are ultimately responsible for your case and have agreed to act as the nominee and supervisor?
I don't know if this will help SFA but on this website you can search for IPs

IVA started Jan 2012
Last payment made June 2014 @100p
Completion certificate received Sept 2014

SFA, your IP name will be on the letter you receive after each review confirming that you have met your obligations & payments will remain the same or your payments will increase to ...

Not how it works at payplan urbanfox, the case officers prepare your query for you and take it to the IP to speak on your behalf if it is something he needs to answer. If it's just something you are not happy with then it goes to the compliance team.
The IPs just don't speak to clients, nothing will change that.

btw the payplan IPs are John Neil Harrison and Kenneth Marland. Won't help you though, the switchboard just won't put client's through to them. If you are not happy with your case officer's response then ask to speak to a team leader.

or email them
if your case handler (joe bloggs) is joe.bloggs@payplan.com, then its easy to figure out the email addresses for the guys lou3 mentioned.

although its a miracle they get email, considering they have got it all configured backwards..

they do have a system where when they go "Oh we never got that email" as long as you have the date and time you sent it, they have record of it..

The IP's lou mentions are probably mentioned on the front off your proposals.

Google their names and they have their own website with an email address next to their names.

I seem to be dealing with my third caseworker who seems hellbent on my making my life hell, and quoted the exact sentence lou3 just wrote about not being able to speak to our IP,s.

Your not really my caseworker are you lou3 ?

I disagree and entered an agreement with them, their names are on my proposals after all

Just one reason I would not use Payplan for an IVA --- great for DMP's, but their "god-like" mentality is certainly not client focused.

Our IPs speak to their clients on a regular basis. Perhaps the fact that we have four IPs and a fraction of the cases that Payplan have helps. However there is no excuse for not speaking with your clients as they are paying for a proper service.

It's strange, Michael, that those firms who give full access to their IP's rarely actually need to.

In fairness this is right. Our IPs rarely need to speak to clients as most queries can be dealt with. However even if the query is simple it is right for the IP to speak to the client to prove they exist and do not live in an 'ivory tower'.

I think that is terrible client care, not being able to speak to your IP!

I had Melanie had my IP and thank the lord I did as I often needed reassurance and advice and to be able to talk to my IP at midnight! yes midnight you read it right was a godsend, only did that once I hasten to add.

Melanie has often said it's a client's right to speak to their IP so how do they get away with it?
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
