I've got the date for my creditors meeting on December 5th at 11.30 my brother has offered to pay £1500 to pay off my Iva as only have 20 months left. I feel really nervous now about it now and I speak my IP a lot at mcCambridge Duffy but they don't really tell me if it's a good offer or not. If Michael people's cones across my post would be grateful if you could look at my case . Thanks

Hi Steve. It is a potentially tricky variation but we will be doing our best to get it approved. Creditors do not usually vote until right up to the day of the meeting so we will not know for sure until the 5th but if there are any queries or votes we will let you know as soon as they are received. I will certainly be keeping my fingers crossed.

Thanks for your reply Michael I know it's the best my brother can offer and it's not fair away to what I owe for the last 20 months . Just going to keep my fingers crossed just worry what will happen if it fails that's all. Im offering 19.76 £ to settle IVA. Has anyone settled around that figure before. Thanks foggy for your kind words x

Good luck for the 5th from me too. You've a good company behind you so that is a positive. Be good to know the outcome if you want to share x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Must you have all creditors accept proposed settlement figure or is the 75% the target figure

It is the same as any meeting and 75% of the 'cash' voting must vote in favour.
