Thanks Foggy, I've just sent a error report along with my email address.

What else do I need to be doing?
**23'04'14 - IVA Complete F&F Agreed with payments made to date oh and a fat PPI reclaim helped too. Completion Certificate received 23'10'14 ** After a couple of years of waking up and 'surviving' the day I now wake up and 'Live' for the day!!

Thanks Luluj for the info, its so annoying isn't?!

It was never going to be straight forwards, nothing ever seems to be where I'm concerned.

I've received an email first thing to say they required copies of CC, Cover letter, Report & Creditor calculations.

I scanned and emailed them back within the hour, just received another email to say that they have updated my info and to give it 24 hours for it to come off the Register! Eeek... The end is in sight :-D

I have just checked. I am off but hubby's not. He had his cc before me but still within three months. Will check again in a couple of weeks.
