It makes a mockery of the statement that CreditFix share PJG's ethos and standards.

I hope those at PJG are reading and are ashamed of what they've subjected us to.

I also think it's outrageous that we have no say in the matter. I chose my IP carefully (obviously not carefully enough) and would move in a heartbeat to one of the other smaller firms represented here.

I agree that those who went with Mel chose her and her team for their excellent, outstanding customer care. Unfortunately, it's not looking that this is mirrored by CreditFix at this time. I'm hoping they soon get their act together and we start reading positive things. Like Plasticdaft it would be good to hear Mels take on this as I would imagine she wouldn't be happy.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

I know that Melanie is hugely disappointed where any of her clients have not received the service she provided. Unfortunately she cannot come on this forum and discuss the individual cases as they are no longer under her control but she did her best to ensure that she was transferring her caseload to a firm that she could trust.

If CF have let people down it is not the fault of Melanie and I have been one of those saying to give them a chance. There may be teething problems at the start or there may be other more long term issues, but it is still unfair to blame Melanie. She did a lot of homework and did not just sell out to the highest bidder so I know she is gutted that some of her clients who she has the utmost time for are disappointed with what has happened since the transfer took place.

I do not and will not blame Mel I don't like reading the comments about her. I think we need to be less judgemental and remember all the free advice she has given this forum for years. I am really hoping this is just Creditfix being overwhelmed I do think the sending out of T&C's before sorting out the basics was a mistake but when I did actually speak to them they seemed very nice and told me not to worry about my queries whilst they got to grips with things I send all the same info by email as I did with PJG therefore I am covering my arse however long they take to get back to me. Not intending to sign the T&Cs full stop

No totally agree you cannot blame Mel. It is purely a business decision by her and whilst she appears to have taken great pride in her work it is still a business and not a charity. On the plus side to be optimistic, we are bound by the terms of our IVA set up by PJG and there is very little CF can do about it. Trust is built on a good relationship and I trusted Mel's team, however my gut feeling CF is a different matter. At the moment I do not trust nor have faith in them as they appear to be interested in one thing, Themselves!! Therefore there is very little they can do with me at the moment and equally there is nothing I can do about them other that making sure they adhere to what I originally agreed to at the start of my IVA. I know sounds a bit simplistic, but I am hoping that they do not try to make life awkward during annual reviews etc We all should start a members thread for ex PJG clients so we can monitor their actions and intentions, and then collectively challenge them if necessary.

I have had this letter about changes and I am now confused, no one get sback to you and I am so unclear what is going on, this is more stressful than taking the first step

I have wrote to Susan Wigglesworth direct with a strongly worded letter.

As for blaming Mel, no I don't blame her, but everyone has a right to be angry as this is a huge step to take and now we have been left in limbo with no assurances.

Noone answers you, no help, its a nightmare.

I had several phone calls from credifix but was purely a courtesy call or just one asking for permission to use email or post to contact me.
Completed via Early exit loan on year 4

Hi Can,

Have you tried to call them at all?

When I have, despite waiting 10 minutes or so, i have eventually gotten through, and then took Luluj's advice and emailed to them what was discussed on the phone at the time of contact.

I have only ever received the welcome to CF email ! Nothing in the post or new T&C's or phone calls. And to be honest that's the way I like it :-) don't get stressed peterh, the forum is here 24hrs a day to help and support ! Unlike CF ;-)
