After what seems like a very long 5 years I received my completion certificate today.

Would to thank everyone on the forum for help and advice along the way.

Also, I've got to hand it to Payplan - I know that the big IVA companies often get a (well deserved) rough time on the forum, but Payplan have certainly impressed me when it came to completion. I've received my certificate within 7 weeks of them receiving my final payment, without having to chase them once, and despite having PPI outstanding with EIF.

Congratulations and what great news. From information on this forum it does appear that Payplan are quite quick on issuing CC. I am really hoping that I don't have to wait to long although I shall just be glad to make my last payment on 24th of this month!
