We need suggestions on how we can securely collaborate on the content. I can start with a first draft, but it needs to be private to a known group for discussion.

Any ideas?

This is not a belligerent act from us, it is an open, sincere attempt to clearly state the kinds of issues we have and invite her to participate.

This is a moderated forum and I trust that in keeping with the board's culture of mutual respect she would not be subjected to verbal abuse.

We just want the record set straight and policy clearly stated.

Individually we are not succeeding or getting differing answers. They need to join us on here and be part of the community. And that's what this is about.

If any CF clients are on LinkedIn there is a number of senior people from CF on there!!

Might be a good idea to Cc some of these guys into the open letter!

Thanks for joining in everyone. I don't intend to name individuals but rather get a feel for the numbers and sentiment.

Hubert, I asked grimswold to email me but could you do so as well? Got some info for you.

Burner email for the mo, not posting real one here for obvious reasons!

I'm a PJG client transferred to Creditfix. Have a F&F meeting today and CF advised they could not go forward with F&F had I accepted the new t's & c's. I'd never seen them so verbally rejected. I had applied for F&F last August with PJG and was messed about a bit but so far CF have been good.

Unfortunately PJG did not follow through on a lot as they were transferring clients.

Glad that you are finding CF helpful.
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.
