Thats great news, and so encouraging that you got you CC so quickly. What a wonderful feeling it must be!
I think the 23% fee should be the same for all IVA companies too, if thats the way it seems to be going. It shouldn't be one rule for some, and different to others.

Many congrats on your CC, it is a massive relief when it arrives. As for being free of your IVA etc, well if you have completed the full 6 years then yep I think you are except for any ongoing PPI's. The other thing is that your IVA still shows on your credit file albeit as completed until the 6th anniversary and any accounts are showed in the closed account file as satisfied, again they don't disappear until the 6th year anniversary of when they put you into default. The best thing is not having to pay that bill every month !!! Enjoy your freedom !!!
