Thank you for the apology but I don't think you really grasp how much you have affected people including myself.

Many people fall into debt for many reasons family breakdowns, depression, illness, etc

They are already in a vunerable position and with things like an IVA and other methods, look at ways to get their lives back on track whilst trying to resolve their past issues.

You have created a website to exploit vunerable people. What was your reason for even creating such a website?

I also think you should put your apology on your website as I am sure there are many other worried people out there who may not use this forum.

Thank goodness it's gone and thank you to the individuals with more knowledge than me on this sort of stuff, who have been sending emails to various computing sources. I feel so relieved but am yet to find out if there will be any fall out from this. Susie, thanks for your kind words and I too have a very unusual name which in this sort of thing is a real inconvenience!! sleep well tonight until the next scare xx

Well, the next question is how long has this information been in public view? The thread commenced on 26th March.

I know some of the data according to Google's Cache has been online since at least before 12th March 2015.

Yes, it has gone. I've delete the website permanently. I will put up the notice as suggested in a moment.

Again I apologize with all my heart. If you will PM Me your Amazon giftlist I will gift you something as a apology. I feel it is my obligation for the stress caused. Jared

I wasn't personally affected but I do acknowledge the stress caused by our posters and will leave it to them to contact you, although I do believe the PM facility is not in use due to spam etc., I will alert admin to this thread.

Jared,

If this really is you, or that is your name, very brave to come forward.

This site doesn't allow PM due to spamming issues if I recall, if you could provide some complete contact details please, email and written etc, perhaps on the message you place on your site.

Also why has the DNS records been updated today from an address in Glasgow, suddenly to an address in st kitts and Nevis ?

My Blog details, the route I took before IVA, how I choose my firm, equity release advice (year 4-5), challenging the CRA's keeping IVA on credit file once gone from insolvency register

IVA ended August 2015. Would recommend McCambridge Duffy

Deleted comment. You are scum for even thinking of a site like this. I just wish that there was the recourse for us and the authorities to bankrupt YOU then you could see how it feels to be mentioned on a site like this. And if you think it was just an error, of course it wasn't. You had to work at mining the data and this was your first action, even before you had completed the web pages. Do you think we are stupid? The fact that the idea of a website like this even ENTERED YOUR HEAD speaks of the kind of person you are and if you think I am daft enough to accept your "apology" (for this read, I am sorry I got found out) then you have another think coming. People like you are the scum of the earth.

Don't make me laugh. Are you in St Kitts or Nigeria perchance?

To be fair he has done exactly what he has said he would do - it is down at this point.

Jared - thank you.
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.

This is the same accidental release that came out with "we don't have to comply with data protection" etc etc...... Accident my ar$e ! Tell it to the authorities and regulators once they catch up with you.

Yep - because he had a conscience, oh look, a pig flying....
....not because of the threats of legal action and complaints to regulators over the last few days and hosting firms **** scared that they will also be complicit if they left data there once being informed of it.

Words fail me ! I guess the notice popping up will confirm or not....

If you really are the owner of the site I appreciate that you have apologised and taken the site down.

This episode has made me realise just how easily the info on the IR can be used.
