Today I received my Completion Certificate following acceptance of a full and final offer on 12 January 2015.[:D] Can't believe its really all over. Just keep looking at it.

Just needed to share with you all as I never told friends and family of my IVA and I honestly don't think I would have got through my IVA without the help of this forum. Although I haven't posted often the advice offered on here has been invaluable and a great help.

Would also like to thank PayPlan who have been very helpful, particularly over the last couple of years which have been particularly difficult for me. I know there have been some negative comments about them on here but I have always found them very helpful. They have always been helpful and professional on the phone and answered emails promptly. When things got really difficult for me last year they reduced my payments by 15% without any problems. They were also helpful when month 54 arrived and the problem of equity had to be dealt with - they organised a valuer and a 12 month extension was agreed. When I decided to make a full and final offer they were extremely helpful.

So a big thank you once again to all Forum members and to Payplan who have helped me get my life back on track.[:D]

Well done! I also received my Completion Certificate from Payplan today after making my final payment on 10th February - unfortunately I didn't receive a good service during the last 12 months but it's over so don't need to worry about them ever again!

Congratulations Dancer - its a wonderful feeling having that completion certificate. Sorry you didn't have a good experience with Payplan but at least as you say it is now over.

Congratulations JulieJ and also Dancer. I made my last payment to Payplan on 24th so maybe I will not have to much longer to wait. Like Dancer my experience with Payplan has not been so good over the last couple of years. I think the problem is I have had so many case officers and some have been better than others. Hopefully I too will not have to worry about them again soon.
