Co-Op Cashminder is a popular choice.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

Secure Trust or Frees are guaranteed but the former has a £12.50 a month charge.
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.

I opened and operated accounts with Barclays and Ffrees whilst in my IVA.

Unfortunately, Ffrees doesn't currently allow direct debits (but are planning to soon). However Ffrees is particularly useful if you want a "spare" bank account that no-one else knows about - Ffrees don't report to any Credit Reference Agencies and so only you need to know about the existance of the account.
