We are in the same boat. They used eic to investigate and are now using another company because eic were not thorough or successful enough. I find gt completely useless.

Notify them you intend to charge 8% interest on anything received to date by them backdated to when it was received unless they pay within 14 days otherwise you will take to county court.

The fact that they believe more is owing is not your concern - that means that was been paid and stated should come to you.
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.

Incidentally -- to avoid disappointment -- you will not get 8%. You will, eventually, get the net figure -- that is minus fees, which is considerably less.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014

Makes you wonder why all the effort and GT should just have been upfront.
