Very pleased, thank you. Now for the lengthy closure process. We are with DFD so expect we will be in for the long haul :-( although they did answer the phone twice this morning within 10 minutes which is a miracle so maybe they are finally pulling their finger out lol

Brilliant news. So what happens now. Do you have to sign anything else or do you just send your payment within a specific period? e.g 30 days . Mine is on 21/09.

As soon as you have been accepted and the money has been paid across then you can cancel the DD.

As Kallis said once the money is sent the payments can be cancelled. We have 3 months to pay but will be having it sent asap to get the ball rolling on the closure process

Good luck Dave and Mikey with your f&fs :)

Im really nervous, about to enter an offer for full and final myself. Creditors set to get money 3.5 years early with the amount I am still to pay which due to some additional income last year will mean higher dividend return than in my proposal. As I sit here with a creditor hat on it should be a no brainer but I am hoping they see it the same way.

Congrats on yours, it must be such a relief for you.
