The documentation to propose a F&F to your creditors is now being drafted.

Hopefully once this has been done and your creditors agree then your IVA will be finished.

My thanks to everyone for all the support, this forum is invaluable to anyone going through an IVA, it was good news at the hospital so things are looking a little better. I'm so pleased David is trying to get this IVA closed, at the moment he's my hero!
