It seems the IVA will always carry on. Had my CC over 2 years ago but PPI will go to GT.

Have you checked your credit records and the insolvency register to see what is on there?

Aside from the PPI, I think Bev is concerned about the fact that the details may still be on her record.

Bev search for yourself here, if you're still on it send a copy of completion certificate to them direct and if over 3 months ago ask I be removed completely.

My Blog details, the route I took before IVA, how I choose my firm, equity release advice (year 4-5), challenging the CRA's keeping IVA on credit file once gone from insolvency register

IVA ended August 2015. Would recommend McCambridge Duffy

Looks like a bit of an admin error? Get in touch with them and send a copy of your completion letter and tell them to remove the entry.

Hi Bev, in answer to your question how do you get it removed hope this helps.

How do I report any errors or omissions?
For individuals who are listed on the register, please report any inaccuracies using the “Report Error” button at the bottom of the report page for that individual.
If you think an individual has been omitted from the register, please use the 'Register Feedback' button at the top of the IIR web pages or write to:

The Insolvency Service
IIR Feedback
Estate Accounts and Scanning
PO Box 16652
B2 2HR

I would suggest sending a copy of your completion certificate.

Hope it's removed very soon.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
